For my next set of studio experiments I decided to try some high key lighting like Richard Avedon used for his photographs. I did this by having my two subjects sat on a stool in front of a white background using two of the studio lights either side of them. Again I converted most of the photographs to black and white as I haven't taken many black and white portrait photographs before and wanted to try it out with the difference in lighting compared to my Nadar inspired photographs.
